This Advent, you are invited to practice an ancient form of Christian Prayer known as Visio Divina. Translated as “sacred seeing,” Visio Divina is a practice where we allow our hearts and imaginations to enter into a sacred image, in silence, to see what God might have to say to us. The intent is to gaze upon images of the Holy Family in the skin tones of who they really were, and are in our modern times. This Zoom session is presented by Sharon Bennett, a trained Spiritual Director and Flourish Collective member.
