4-Week, In Person Cohort Meeting in Pleasanton, CA

If the first weeks of 2025 have left you feeling like you want to be more involved in your community to ensure racial equity and justice but unsure where to start, come join us in our 4-week Ally Building Cohort (ABC). This cohort will be co-led by Tony DeGruy and Laura Taggart, Flourish leaders and mentors. The cohort meets in person once a week, over 4 weeks, on Thursdays, March 13, 20, 27, and April 3 from 6:30 - 8 pm (Pacific). We'll meet at the Taggart home in Pleasanton and our team will email the address to cohort members under separate cover. 

These allyship cohorts are led by our leadership team who have several years of experience leading and supporting justice initiatives in the communities that mean most to them. Through teaching, storytelling, and self-reflection prompts, our leaders will create safe spaces to help you examine race, racism, and its impact in your own life so that you have the tools you need to communicate your own justice journey to those around you and form a plan of action for the year ahead.
